View Train Location and Expected Arrival Times: The best site for train tracking is Transit Docs. TransitDocs.com shows your specific train on a map as well as details on expected arrival times based on current location. Explore other independent train status websites like DixieLand Software.
Using the Amtrak App or Website: Conveniently check your train arrival and departure status on the Amtrak app or at Amtrak.com under Train Status by entering your train number and station name.
Twitter: Check @PacSurfliners twitter account for updates. You do not need to have a twitter account to see the updates. Go to twitter.com/PacSurfliners and look for more updates.
Parking at Amtrak Train Stations: Parking at Amtrak Stations located in Ventura County is free, but there are specifics to note. Please see the following parking maps: Ventura Parking Map and Camarillo and Oxnard Parking Maps. Parking at the Santa Barbara station is $5 per day for train ticket holders and is managed by the City of SB Parking Dept.. Parking at the Goleta and Carpinteria stations is free.
Bikes & Lockers: Bike lockers are available to rent at Santa Barbara and Goleta stations for passengers who’d like to ride the last mile to work. The lockers are managed by SBCAG. Additionally, the train can fit 7 standard sized bicycles on board at no additional cost though a reservation is required. Call Amtrak at 1-800-USA-RAIL to reserve a specific date and time. Learn more about how to make bike reservations here.
