- HELMET – You must have or borrow a helmet and use it while riding your borrowed e-bike
- LOCKS – We provide an ABUS lock and Kryptonite cable that you must use.
- TRACKING – All e-bikes have a GPS tracker. Do not remove it.
- KIDS SEATS – For certain e-bikes, you will have the option to use 1 or 2 kids seats that hold up to 45 pounds each. Let us know if you are interested, and we’ll put these on at pick-up.
- CARGO – When carrying heavy items, be sure to balance the weight on both sides of the bike to prevent wobbly and sketchy riding.

This year it’s held on National Bike to Work Day because many of the people we work with are learning how to transport themselves without a car. Along with that we want to promote healthier ways people can transport themselves. Stations are set up to help people explore and understand gardening. Plant giveaways and swag bags for participants that ride t heir bike to the farm or those that are interested in participating in T-MHA programs.
